Brian Jamie Ibrahim
Founder
Hello! My name is Brian Jamie Ibrahim and I am the founder of this wonderful little organization called Jamie's Helping Hands. I am a fourth-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Windsor and plan on graduating with an Honor in the automotive option. My goal with this organization is to help as many people as I can in this world. It sounds crazy, but I genuinely believe that if we just try our best to become better people and help others, we can make our community a better and safer place for everyone. My best friend would push me to do great things with this organization and would always cheer me up when I was down about it not picking up as fast as I anticipated. After his passing, I felt like the only way of honouring his memory was to make this organization as big as it can be while doing the most amount of good in that time. His kindness and love towards me is something I can hopefully spread to my community.
Mila Schiavo
Coordinator / Project Organizer
Hi! My name is Mila Schiavo and I am a coordinator/project organizer for Jamie's Helping Hands. I am a fourth-year BSW student at the University of Windsor. I care a lot about mental health and social justice so I chose my minor to be in psychology, hoping to get my master's degree in 2025/2026. I’ve known Brian since high school and when he started this by himself, I knew I needed to be a part of his next projects. I care a lot about this community and I felt that, with the new knowledge I have gained, it was my time to finally give back. I hope to continue with this organization for as long as I can to help support Windsor, especially during times like these. This pandemic has affected a lot of families since 2020 and I hope that with more support and recognition, this organization can flourish into something much bigger than what it already is. This is just the beginning, and I hope you can join us on our journey to make a change in this city.

Sierra Bergeron
Coordinator / Project Organizer
Hey there! My name is Sierra Bergeron and I am a coordinator/project organizer for Jamie's
Helping Hands. I am a fourth-year student at St. Clair College in the Bachelors of Legal Studies
and Social Justice program as well as the vice president for the school's social justice club. After
my time at St. Clair, I hope to pursue law school and a career in civil rights law and/or family law
as these are subjects I am very passionate about. I have known Brian and Mila for quite some
time now and was absolutely ecstatic when Brian approached me to join Jamie's Helping
Hands! I am a firm believer in giving back to those in need whenever you can whether it be with
your time or, by helping them with accessing the resources or supports they may need.
Considering the current situation we have been living in for the past two years, this belief has
only grown stronger. My mother always taught my brother and I that you never know what's
going on in someone else's life and that even the simplest act of kindness can unknowingly
make the biggest impact. I love being a part of Jamie's Helping Hands because it allows me to
do exactly that. To wrap up, I want to say thank you to everyone who shows their continuous
support and I'm so glad you're here!
